Little Cayman

Kathyrn just came back from Little Cayman and had some awesome biota pictures along with a few of the shipwreck, Capt. Keith Tibbetts.

M/V Capt Keith Tibetts is a Russian-built Cuban naval frigate which
was deliberately sunk off the island of Cayman Brac's northwest coast
in September 1996. The depth is from 55 to 110 max, with not alot to
see inside. The superstructure is all aluminum, so not much life
growing on it. A great dive for warm water recreational depths. The
100+ vis allows you to see the entire ship.

Snork

I just recently rediscovered this compilation "report" that Manuel threw together recording our snork adventures.
Half of that stuff I forgot about doing until I saw it again.

dolphin slaughter

this is one of the few times i'd actually consider putting up a cautionary advisory for a link.

the guy who taught me to dive put up this link.
it shows in inhumane harvesting and killing of dolphins.

it just makes you wonder how other animals around the world are harvested behind the scenes.
i think this case is particularly painful because of the dolphin's size and reputation.

i have a younger jr. high aged girl that i know and i get her crazy kid bulletins.
sometimes they let you into the mind of the culture surrounding you at that age.
i thought this bulletin was rather interesting, especially since most of them are probably 14:
