oh.
i saw a sneak preview of bond yesterday.
something bothered me about it though.
ok, so it isnt anything major or integral to the plot.
but hey, that means i can mention it w/o ruining anything then!

so the deal is.
this one north korean dude gets a buncha diamonds blowed up in his face.
they stay lodged in his face, and 14 months later, THEY'RE STILL THERE.
now. maybe he has some issues where hes anemic, which couldnt be the case,
since his wounds scarred up, but after that amount of time,
his skin should have been able to poop out these diamonds from his face.
proof?
about 3 or 4 years ago, i put my hand through glass.
it was washed and stitched up and everything.
theres still some fatty scars, but they healed up fairly nice.
now one day at work, about 6 or so months after the fact,
business was slow, so there wasnt much to do.
i noticed on my knuckle (middle finger) that there was a bump on one of my bigger scars.
i played with it, and it started to bleed, kinda like a zit.
eventually, out pops a shard of glass that had been in there for 6 months or so.
so although i had to coax it out, it was working its way up and out.
that motherfuckers diamonds woulda pooped out a long time before those 14 months,
since they were already exposed.
therefore, i hate him.
